Following the closure of the Tsubaki Nakashima bearing components factory in Veenendaal (Netherlands), UTB has acquiries the entire assets.

This plant manufactured high precision bearing components.

The assets included: transfer presses (125 - 600T), bearing cages production line, treatment and preservation equipment and many tools.
