As a result of the closure of Berdraco B.V. at Rotterdam - specialized in stainless steel works - due to bankruptcy, UTB Industrial Acquisitions has purchased all movable assets; the entire machine park (such as Haco and Amada press brakes, LVD hydraulic shear and Mazak CNC laser cutter), the remaining stock and workshop- en office inventory. All assets have been successfully relocated within 6 weeks time.
