Renolit at Oudenaarde in Belgium is producer of sealing systems for roofs and swimming pools and technical foils for the graphical industry amongst others. Due to the relocation of their production within Renolit Europe and the related closure at Oudenaarde, UTB Industrial Acquisitions has taken over all production installations, machines, inventory and all other related movable assets.
