UTB Industrial Acquisitions purchased all movable assets and real estate of the hydrostatic extrusion factory (previously Outokumpu). Horizontal hydrostatic extrusion press (ASEA QEH 40), machines and tooling for the extrusion of rods and tubes in magnesium, copper alloys, as well as extrusions in hard alloy aluminium.
